One training consists of 2 self-evaluation questionnaires + 5 approx. 35-minute video sessions, accompanied by practical exercises & tasks, with a clear explanation of key principles supported by graphics.


 SESSION 1: Handling Setbacks & Failiures

Just what are setbacks and how do we keep going after failiures? Resilience and overcoming has a lot to do with knowing the exact elements that have the power to cut and keep you down. In this session you will gain insights how to be brave enough to place yourself deliberately in the middle of uncertainty. Become comfortable with changes.

 SESSION 2: Taking Personal Responsibility

The importance of clear communication. To move towards the goal is important, however communicating the progress is sometimes the key in that process, signaling a clear commitment of reaching agreed milestones. How this activity has its affect on the morale of the team, encouraging all members to take responsibility for their part. Transforming it into a personal mission, creating a sense of meaning, confidence and being valued.

 SESSION 3: Inner Motivation & Initiative

Let's focus on successful implementation - behavior that significantly increases the odds of producing results. We'll focus on how initiative and intrinsic motivation are born. One of the biggest challenges is to overcome the tendency to only do your part of the job. Truly owning one's work involves thinking of the bigger picture, seeing how all the elements come together. 

 SESSION 4: How Awareness Leads to Focus

How to hold focus? With efficient skills and proper training, one does not need to intentionally avoid potential distractions, but is instead able to maintain focus despite them. While we consider it perfectly normal to be in control of how our body moves, we have neglected to apply the same logic to our thoughts and emotions. It is said that opportunity favors the prepared mind. How should you be prepared? 

 SESSION 5: Insight, Intuition & Innovation

How to access insight and intuition? How to get access to insight and intuition? Why thinking does not help with new insights? There is no creative thinking. There is only being creative and thinking. One or the other, not both. Thinking is based on memory and using the templates from memory kills the possibility to discover the new. Intuition, creativity and awareness go hand-in-hand and in this session you learn about all three. ​

  • Fee allows one organization (company) to access either four Training Practices during 12 months (Annual Membership) or one Training Practice for 3 months (Single Training). Annual Membership allows your company to access one new training practice every 3 months, allowing flexible combination and unlimited re-participation in all received training(s) for all employees. Single Training is open for 3 months and accessible for re-participation for all employees during that time.

  • Pricing is based on the company size (total amout of persons in the company). If the actual amount of users on the platform exceeds the stated company size, your billing will be transferred to the next payment level and the difference of entry fee is billed additionally. The quarterly average cost starts from as low as 3 €/employee.
