"We strongly believe in the power of applied awareness to be uplifting for people's performance and wellbeing. Life orbits around wellness. We see it as a foundation, very similar to good education, not as reward."

Wellness Orbit was born out of need. As a medical doctor and licensed psychiatrist, Helena Lass observed that our fast paced modern lifestyle causes more and more people to suffer from mental illnesses – such as anxiety, depression, stress and burnout. When investigating possibilities for prevention, she found that skills to direct the attention, emotions and mental events provide resilience to her patients. Even more so, she discovered that the same skills provide proactive tools for all people in their day-to-day stressful situations*. As we are sure that her current work will change the way we think about health, we created Wellness Orbit as a B2B e-learning platform that builds a road map to solid mental wellness.

Helena became passionate in finding a solution to help people in re-inventing their human capacity. When she decided to combine her medical education with previous entrepreneurial experience and long-term awareness practice, the unique concept of intrapersonal skills development emerged. In searching for a way to grant access to these universal skills for more people, Helena decided to turn towards digital technology, and Wellness Orbit was born.

Wellness Orbit fills the missing link in education – it teaches awareness based intrapersonal skills. Learning how to deal with our own internal processes builds a path to mental wellness and employee engagement.
