WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THIS MENTAL WELLNESS TRAINING?

This staff training consists of 2 self-evaluation questionnaires + 5 approx. 45-minute Full HD video sessions, accompanied by practical exercises, tasks, with a clear explanation of key principles supported by graphics.


 SESSION 1 - Focus, Awareness & Attention

Awareness is not narrowly about meditation or relaxation, it is about maintaining your attention. Awareness is an ability to notice what is going on, how were these kind of consequences created and how to change the developments from now on. Learn how to ensure that you are really present and what determines whether you become aware of something or not? This session presents awareness as a work and mental wellbeing related skill (e.g something you can use to perform the daily check-in leading to a honest overview about how are you really doing?)  

 SESSION 2 - Making Most of Time & Resources

Here you gain a deep insight into how to get more done with less energy and time. A different, awareness-based view towards activities, projects and multitasking is introduced. What are the most common activities that eat up the majority of time? Does your mind tend to wander off? How do you re-establish focus? Learn to align your thinking process and attention with the activity at hand. 

 SESSION 3 - A New Way to Handle Stress

Stress is still not completely understood. Focusing on the triggers is misleading. Once the focus shifts from the triggers themselves to what gets triggered in you, it becomes easy to identify the causes of stress and how to manage them. Among other skills, you will learn in this mental health video how to ground yourself in the present. This unique mental wellness training enables you to reinforce perception of reality and build resilience to turbulence ignited by the mind.

 SESSION 4 - Prevent Burnout & Fatigue

People who burn out are often the ones who desire to succeed. It is stress, but not negative stress that poses the greatest risk. In order to sustain top-level performance, and ensure your resilience, it is important to take control of the burnout process before it sets it. Knowledge of the 5 phases of burnout development and the warning signs that accompany it are essential. Prevention stems from smart strategy and is always preferred instead of cure.

 SESSION 5 - Personal Responsibility & Teamwork

Emotional motivation is out-dated. Emotions change, therefore they cannot be a reliable cornerstone for productivity. A hint - it's not at all about what you lack in terms of motivation, but instead what you already have in excess. Even the smartest people at times say and do things that they normally would not. Why is this? Also the welfare of the whole team does not lie so much in their professional capabilities, but in ability to manage personal reactions.
