WHAT'S INCLUDED? 

One training consists of 2 self-evaluation questionnaires + 5 approx. 45-minute video sessions, accompanied by practical exercises & tasks, with a clear explanation of key principles supported by graphics.


 SESSION 1: Wellbeing & Intra-personal Skills

Humans are not mere biological robots. In addition to the physical, we have multitude of intra-personal functions we use every day: thinking, planning, feeling emotions, discerning, paying attention etc. How to take care of the "mind"? Let's start building a solid foundation for wide-angle wellbeing, where the emphasis is on the internal instead of the physical. Translating the intangible determinants (awareness, caring, enthusiasm, joy) into tangible results (vibrant culture, good relationships, healthy habits).

 SESSION 2: Importance of Keeping Your Body Well

All habits and behavior have more to do with the internal desires and resistances than with the physical body itself. What really stands between all the valuable health recommendations you have got and implementing them into practice?. Discover  and address the intra-personal obstacles, learn the essentials about nutrition, exercise, importance of sleep and brain foods.

Includes: 15 min in-depth guided practice to introduce deep relaxation and/or sleep (providing a natural substitute for all those sleeping pills / tranquilizers).

 SESSION 3: Understanding & Handling Emotions

Radically different take on emotions. Suppressing, ignoring, observing or acting out upon them is not a good way to solve / manage them. Positive thinking has no effect on fundamentally solving emotional reactions. This session will provide a new insight, you learn what emotions are and how start orchestrating them.

 SESSION 4: Taming the Worrying/Wandering Mind 

What is mind? The 2 main functions and 3 sub-functions. How to use it constructively, enhancing your computational capacity, memory and communication skills? How to stop worrying: about the future, health, the planet, your career or finances? What are mental holograms? Especially recommended for people with flashbacks or a vivid imagination.

 SESSION 5: Awareness in a Hyperconnected World

Learn your way around tech stress and prevent internet addiction. How to be like an athlete, on the top of the game: rested, calm, recharged, focused? How to experience and use time more fully? What is awareness? In this session we practice it to receive information, stay present and adequately orientate in situations. You will learn to be more present, finding an island of calm in the midst of constant change.

  • Pricing is based on the company size (total amout of persons in the company). If the actual amount of users on the platform exceeds the stated company size, your billing will be transferred to the next payment level and the difference of entry fee is billed additionally. The quarterly average cost starts from as low as 3 €/employee.
