This staff training starts with 2 self-evaluation questionnaires with feedback and is followed by 5 approximately 45-minute FullHD video-based mental wellness training sessions, all accompanied by practical exercises and a clear explanation of key principles supported by graphics.


 SESSION 1: Wellbeing & Intra-personal Skills

Humans aren't mere biological robots. In addition to the physical, we have a multitude of intrapersonal functions we use every day: thinking, planning, feeling emotions, discerning, paying attention, etc. How to take care of mind fitness?  SESSION 2: Physical Health & Getting Better Sleep

Discover and address the intrapersonal obstacles, learn the essentials about nutrition, exercise, the importance of sleep, and brain foods.
